1. Information we collect
When you make an enquiry or booking request on this website, we collect only what is needed to respond to it:
- Your name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Number of guests and room type selected
- Any special requests you choose to tell us
We do not ask for card or payment details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with our Reservations Team.
At check-in, as required by Indian law, we record identity details from a government-issued photo ID (and passport and visa details for foreign nationals).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. Who processes your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and manage reservations. They process data on our instructions only:

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards for international transfers.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings — kept while we follow up, and removed when no longer needed.
- Booking and stay records — kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and any legal or regulatory obligation.
- Identity records taken at check-in — kept for the period required by law.
5. How we protect it
- All traffic to and from this website is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Our database is accessed only by our own server using credentials that are never exposed to your browser.
- Access to the admin panel requires an individual account and password, and sessions expire automatically.
- Booking forms are rate-limited and validated to prevent abuse.

You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete information we no longer have a legal reason to keep;

8. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through it. Children may of course stay with us as part of a family booking made by an adult.
